Double color Turret type vertical injection moulding machines are deisgned for 2 color/material insert moulding, adn a full auto operation.

The machine is equipped with a centeral turret mechanism which operates in 4 station mode to move the moulded compoent from one state to another, and at the last stage the compoents are ejected out of the central turret system and the cycle continues without human intervention in full auto cycle.

Ideal for compoents such as handle bar grips, tool grips, motorcycle and bicycle grips and much more.

CENTRAL TURRET
The central turret system is responsible for removing finished moulded comoents from one station and please the the compoents from previous station into the next station, the turret operates in 4 station, station one is where Color / material is moulded over the turret fingers, then the turret remove the compoent from the station one mould and moves it to station two where is first color compoent is cured and cooled down, while at the same time the machine continues moulding at station one, after station 2 the compoent is then moved to station 3 where the turret mechanism places the compoent inside the mould cavity and prepares it for second color moulding, after completing second color moulding the turret moves the finsihed compoent to station 4 at the front of the machine where the machine ejects the finished compoents and restarts the cycle.

CLAMPING UNIT

Equipped with 4 tie bar for stable and precise clamping control making surre that your mould closes with best accuracy and precision, eleminating any error in clamping. This machine is equipped with a ram type clampng unit to make sure that the clamping pressure is obtained accurately and is distributed over the mould in unitform manner for the best moulding results.The Ram type clamping unit also offer many additional benifits such as stable clamping pressure, zero maintennance requirements, faster clamping, better clamping control, increased mould safety.

CONTROLLER

Equipped with High end controller translates to better operation capabilities for machine and mltiple features that help track production output of machine and help you increase production by optimising settings. The controller is designed to accomodate high end features and at the same time be easy to understand and operate for indian conditions.

INJECTION UNIT
The injection unit is customised depending on your application to optimise your production requirements, we reccomned the best injection unit that satisfies all your production requirements, all the Injection units are equipped with high end heaters and multiple zone heating control for the barrel to make sure that your material is proccesed at the perfected temeperature curve. 

EFFICIENCY
These machines are equipped with greendrive systems which include next generation hydraulic system and servo operated hydraulics reducing the power requirement of machine by up to 60%, added benifit of the greendrive system is that the main motor for hydraulic pump is only working when there is any movement in the machine, when the machine is idle the main motor is turned off saving electricity, also due to this nature of the greendrive system heats up less and puts less stress on the mechanical compoents thus increasing the machine service life.

SAFETY FEATURES
The machine includes multiple safety features as standard to reduce the chance of accident as much as possible, at he front of the clamping area there are sagfety light curtains that will stop the machine instantly if anyone tries to insert anything inside the clamping area while the machine is functional, at the sides there are safety doors wich are electronically monitored to make sure that no one can open the door while the machine is operational.

Double Slider Type Vertical Injection Moulding Machines are designed for High accuracy and high quality moulding for large sized components, or compoents with multiple inserts.

The main advantage of double slider type vertical injection moulding machines is the 2 station sliding table which uses one and a half mould and two operators to increase the production output and increase production efficiency. while also maximising operator safety.

SLIDE TABLE

Equipped with a slide table that operates in two station mode sliding the mould in and out of the clamping area, increasing machine productivity as when the machine is moulding compoents at station one the other operator at station 2 will remove the finished compoent from previous cycle and prepare the mould for the next cycle by placing inserts inside the mould cavity, when the moulding at station 1 is completed, the slide table will shift the mould at staion 2 inside the clamping area and continue moulding and the operator at station one will remove the finished compoent and prepare the mould for next cycle, as the mould moves out of the clamping area it also increases operator safety.
Double Sliding table can increase the production output by up to 1.6x times, with help of 2 operators.

The machine is equipped with a centeral turret mechanism which operates in 4 station mode to move the moulded compoent from one state to another, and at the last stage the compoents are ejected out of the central turret system and the cycle continues without human intervention in full auto cycle.

CENTRAL TURRET
The central turret system is responsible for removing finished moulded comoents from one station and please the the compoents from previous station into the next station, the turret operates in 4 station, station one is where Color / material is moulded over the turret fingers, then the turret remove the compoent from the station one mould and moves it to station two where is first color compoent is cured and cooled down, while at the same time the machine continues moulding at station one, after station 2 the compoent is then moved to station 3 where the turret mechanism places the compoent inside the mould cavity and prepares it for second color moulding, after completing second color moulding the turret moves the finsihed compoent to station 4 at the front of the machine where the machine ejects the finished compoents and restarts the cycle.

CLAMPING UNIT

Equipped with 4 tie bar for stable and precise clamping control making surre that your mould closes with best accuracy and precision, eleminating any error in clamping. This machine is equipped with a ram type clampng unit to make sure that the clamping pressure is obtained accurately and is distributed over the mould in unitform manner for the best moulding results.The Ram type clamping unit also offer many additional benifits such as stable clamping pressure, zero maintennance requirements, faster clamping, better clamping control, increased mould safety.

CONTROLLER

Equipped with High end controller translates to better operation capabilities for machine and mltiple features that help track production output of machine and help you increase production by optimising settings. The controller is designed to accomodate high end features and at the same time be easy to understand and operate for indian conditions.

INJECTION UNIT
The injection unit is customised depending on your application to optimise your production requirements, we reccomned the best injection unit that satisfies all your production requirements, all the Injection units are equipped with high end heaters and multiple zone heating control for the barrel to make sure that your material is proccesed at the perfected temeperature curve. 

EFFICIENCY
These machines are equipped with greendrive systems which include next generation hydraulic system and servo operated hydraulics reducing the power requirement of machine by up to 60%, added benifit of the greendrive system is that the main motor for hydraulic pump is only working when there is any movement in the machine, when the machine is idle the main motor is turned off saving electricity, also due to this nature of the greendrive system heats up less and puts less stress on the mechanical compoents thus increasing the machine service life.

SAFETY FEATURES
The machine includes multiple safety features as standard to reduce the chance of accident as much as possible, at he front of the clamping area there are sagfety light curtains that will stop the machine instantly if anyone tries to insert anything inside the clamping area while the machine is functional, at the sides there are safety doors wich are electronically monitored to make sure that no one can open the door while the machine is operational.
