The main advantage of Rotary type vertical injection moulding machine is that that machine uses one and a half mould to reduce the ilde time of the machine thus increasing the production output and increasing machine effciency.

ROTARY TABLE
The 2 station rotary table uses one and half mould rotating moulds in and out of the clamping area, Station 1 is inside the clamping area wherethe moulding process takes place and the station 2 is outside the clamping area where the finished compoents are removed and new inserts are plased inside the mould cavity, thus when the machine is moulding the component at station 1 the operator at the station 2 removes the already moulded componet and prepares hte mould for next cycle by placing the inserts in the mould, as soon as the moulding at staion 1 is finished the operator can instantly start the next cycle as he as already prepared the mould at station 2 for next cycle.

Rotary Type Vertical Injection Moulding Machines are designed for High accuracy and high quality moulding, Equipped with a two station rotary table, this machine can increase prodcution output and increase operational efficiency.

The main advantage of Rotary type vertical injection moulding machine is that that machine uses one and a half mould to reduce the ilde time of the machine thus increasing the production output and increasing machine effciency.

ROTARY TABLE
The 2 station rotary table uses one and half mould rotating moulds in and out of the clamping area, Station 1 is inside the clamping area wherethe moulding process takes place and the station 2 is outside the clamping area where the finished compoents are removed and new inserts are plased inside the mould cavity, thus when the machine is moulding the component at station 1 the operator at the station 2 removes the already moulded componet and prepares hte mould for next cycle by placing the inserts in the mould, as soon as the moulding at staion 1 is finished the operator can instantly start the next cycle as he as already prepared the mould at station 2 for next cycle.
Rotary type vertical injection moulding machines can increase production by up to 1.6x times, with just single operator.

CLAMPING UNIT

EFFICIENCY
These machines are equipped with greendrive systems which include next generation hydraulic system and servo operated hydraulics instead of conventional hydraulic systems, reducing the power requirement of machine by up to 60%, added benifit of the greendrive system is that the main motor for hydraulic pump is only working when there is any movement in the machine, when the machine is idle the main motor is turned off saving electricity, also due to this nature of the greendrive system the hydraulic oil also heats up less and there less stress on the mechanical compoents thus increasing the machine service life.
